This 4-week series is focused on optimizing light/circadian rhythm, supporting optimal mitochondrial size/shape/health and flow of the electron transport chain.
We include discussion on grounding, heat, cold, go deep into the electromagnetic spectrum as well as supplements to support health.
This class is great for patients looking to work on root cause, optimize health and lifestyle, and those who struggle with chronic health conditions (metabolic health, fatigue/energy issues, chronic pain of course etc).
