Free virtual group sessions (MSP-covered) to support you every step of the way.
Our virtual Group Medical Visits (GMV) are medical appointments done in a group that physicians lead with other team members to provide patient care. A GMV can be a single session or a series of sessions, ranging from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. You can take a session more than once and you don’t have to take all the sessions in a series, though it’s recommended.
Classes offered include key pillars, safe movement, yoga, brain and mental health, somatic therapy, wellness/pain conditions, and more.
We want to empower you to self-cope with your pain.
There is a class for everyone. We encourage you to explore the various classes we offer to support your individual needs and enhance your comprehensive pain care. Â
