To enhance communication efficiency, we have deactivated the option for patients to leave voice messages on the “medical side” (Reception) line. Patients will no longer be able to leave messages on this line, but the voice message feature remains available on all other lines.
Our phone system will allow patients to wait for up to two minutes to speak with a team member. If we are unable to answer within that time, patients will hear a message encouraging them to submit their requests via the “Contact Us” page on our website.
This change aims to streamline communication and reduce administrative tasks for both our patients and team. While we understand this transition may take some adjustment, we are confident it will lead to a more efficient and positive experience for everyone in the long run.
