We are excited to introduce a new GMV called, “Themes in Living as a Highly Sensitive Person” led by Dr. Perel-Winkler.
This 10-week non-didactic participatory group focuses on exploring topics that are meaningful for those living Sensory Processing Sensitivity, otherwise known as Highly Sensitive People (HSP). Topics include meaning, identity, purpose, dealing with family and friends, boundaries, spirituality and more. This is a group discussion and community building experience, not a didactic course.
Recommend taking Dr. Perel-Winkler’s “Thriving as a Highly Sensitive Person” series before this as basic principles will not be repeated.
Starting Date: Thurs, January 9 at 11am-12:30pm
Prerequisites:
- How to Thrive as a Highly Sensitive Person series by Dr. Perel-Winkler (recommended)
